would advise the Senator that there is much interest in Illinois in passing
the Motor Vehicle Safety act.

Hello,  I just talked to Chris at Senator Durbin's office. He got off the
phone quite quickly without taking my information.
When I called back to try to talk to Sarah, I got a high volume recording.

hello,
i have attempted to reach both of our senators in support of the bill.
however, in the case of Sen. Burris, i got no answer or a busy signal and in
the case of sen. durban, i received the unusual high call volume message. i
used the direct number for the two senators as well as attempting tto go
through the general switch board.

Thanks for posting these numbers.  I'm getting a recorded message about
"high call volume, try again later" from Durbin, and busy signals when I
call Burris.  I hope this means we're flooding them with our calls!
