  Attached is an article in the October Braille Monitor written by me.  The article talks about how the ABLE Group within the Blackhawk Chapter won Team of the Year in the Braille Readers Are Leaders contest last year.  

  Note that Patti Chang also has an article in the October Braille Monitor about NFB national scholarships.  Illinois does rock!
