i have sprint and have had them since 2001. not much problems.  in tge beginning 2 or so years i had dropped calls the upgraded to better phones.

I would love the phone, but I hate Verizon.  We had it for a while 

and kept dropping calls, people couldn't contact me, and their 

customer service....need I say more?  I wish that providers weren't 

so proprietary.  In an ideal world, all phones could be used with the 

provider of your choice.
