Hello,

Here are three news stories about budget game-playing on the part of 
DHS, regarding the Illinois Schools for the visually impaired and the 
deaf.  Links are in the attached message.  In today's environment, one 
doesn't know how much to take seriously.  One thing seems certain:  
Policy makers now like to decide things about us without us, perhaps to 
determine who they can afford to ignore in tough times.
