Hello All:
Due to a failure on my part, the 12/10 meeting of the Chicago Chapter
was not archived for the minutes. So now in the absence of our
secretary, it is my responsibility to ensure that the information in
the meeting notes is accurate. In this regard, I'm asking all those
who have addressed the meeting to contact me off-list with their
report synopses to avoid inaccurate records. There were several who
had health concerns that needed noting, and it is important that the
treasurer's minutes reflect the exact amount of chapter expenditures
and income. So those of you who have spoken, please contact me with
their reports ASAP. I appologize for the lack of professionalism and
the added inconvenience.
