Horizons for the Blind and The Weekenders would like to invite you to a 
presentation by Goldie Shaw "The Low Vision Chef", followed by a 
demonstration of Horizons' new website, "Directions for Me". The event 
will take place at Horizons for the Blind in Crystal Lake, IL. There is 
transportation from Chicago if needed. Dial 815-444-8800 or 800-318-2000 
and press 6 to talk to Frank Cosatino about reserving a seat on our van

*Date and Time: Saturday, February 26, 2011, 12:00 p.m.
Activity:* Presentation by Goldie Shaw "The Low-Vision Chef," followed 
by a demonstration of Horizons' "Directions for Me" website
*Location:* Horizons' office, 2 N. Williams St., Crystal Lake*
Cost:* $10.00 for box lunch which will be served prior to Goldie's 
presentation. Plus $12.00 if you plan to take the van*
Transportation:* The van will leave the Jefferson Park McDonald's, 4946 
N. Milwaukee Avenue no later than 10:30 a.m. It will leave Horizons' 
office no later than 5:00 p.m. to return to Jefferson Park*
Cut-Off:* February 23, 2011*
Notes:* We will be ordering lunch from Honey Baked Ham. The lunch will 
include either a ham, turkey or roast beef sandwich, chips, cookie and 
soft drink. When making your reservation please provide your sandwich 
preference, whether you prefer cheese and soft drink selection. Coke, 
Pepsi and diet pops are available
