There is no stand-alone Braille caller ID that I am aware 
of.  Several phones can be paired with a Braille display, the iPhone, 
some Sembian phones using Talks or Mobile Speak, and possibly some 
Windows Mobile phones.  You might get Braille caller ID that way, but 
kind of complicated and expensive.
