Subject: Testing of Audio for Bus Shelter Information
Importance: High

Everyone:

The Chicago Transit Authority would like to invite you to evaluate the
clarity and volume of the audio component of informational signage that will
be introduced to a number of bus shelters in early fall 2011.

We plan to conduct two types of tests: one in a shelter in a crowded area
during rush hour and another in a shelter in a less crowded area during an
off-peak time. At this point we anticipate that these tests will take place
in the week immediately after Labor Day, between Tuesday, September 6 and
Friday, September 9. We will set the exact dates and times later this
summer.

Please let me know if you are interested in participating in one or both of
these tests and your availability during the testing week.

Feel free to forward this invitation to other CTA bus riders who are blind
or have visual impairments who may be interested in this audio testing.

Thanks!

Cara
