hello,
i just placed three calls to Sen. Kirk'ss office, and pressed 3 and got a voicemail on the first round asking me to leave a message, and on the next two rounds i got a message to press pound to access a mailbox. I will continue trying to call for the rest of the day so i can speak to Emily.

Hello Everyone,

For those of you who have already called in and left a  voice mail, please
call again and speak with Emily.  I just spoke with her, engaging in a
conversation which was actually quite lengthy.  We definitely need to reach
her, as she was not familiar with Section 511 of the Workforce Investment
Act.  She was very courteous to me and checked with two staffers to see if
Kirk had an official position on this legislation.  At this point, he does
not.

It is vital that we continue to make Emily aware of what this act really
does for disabled people, and that Senator Kirk is flooded with calls.

Please call 202-224-2854.  When you get his voice mail message, press option
3 to talk to a live person.  When you get a staffer on the phone, please ask
for Emily.  Let us do all that we can to insure that Emily and Senator
Kirk's office spend their entire day getting acquainted with us and our
position.
