Hello Everyone,

It sounds very much like several of us who use NewsLine did not receive
either the survey or the letter which accompanies the survey.  I am pasting
below the portion of the letter accompanying the survey which deals with
alternative ways to fill out the survey.  This information was provided
courtessy of Debra Hurley of the Illinois Talking Book and Braille Service
staff.  Thank you all for filling out the survey.


There are two additional ways to complete the survey. Contact the Illinois
State Library Talking Book and Braille Service at 800-665-5576, option 5 to
take the survey by telephone. You may also take the survey online at
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/IL-NFB-NEWSLINE.
