Is there a way the hotel can get vegan chese for people?  Vegan chese has gotten well on par as far as taste and quality. Vegan cheese is plant based and not necessary soy. I know I eat it from time to time.

Patti,

I am deathly allergic to mushrooms and cheese that are naturally molded. 
Since I signed onto Il-talk only a day or two before the last meeting I 
don't have knowledge of the meals. I don't think I have paid for a meal 
either. This is my first time, so I really don't know my way around what 
to do or not.
