For those who want something just as affordable, I just bought a
Pentium 4 computer running Windows XP Pro with an 80 GB hard drive, a
DVD drive, six USB ports, PCI card slots and connections for Ethernet,
microphone, speaker, serial and parallel ports. It was just $85 and
came with a mouse, power cord and keyboard. Broadband is available
from AT&T for $15 a month.

High quality information access has never been this affordable.
