If you are trouble with your Reduced Fare Permit from RTA, be sure to let
them know. Call 312.913.3113. 
I have been having problems since December. It comes when I attempt to
transfer from one train to another. 
They are aware of this and are attempting to fix the problem. I have from
several CA's in the train station that this problem is not unique to my
card. 
Again, please let them know. You might also contact CTA customer service, as
well. RTA distributes the cards, but CTA codes them for the fare card
readers. The number is for customer service for CTA is 1-888-968-7282.
