Beginning with the July-August 2012 issue, Talking Book Topics was expanded
to list five hundred titles to reduce a backlog of unannounced books. That
same expansion applies to the abridged Talking Book Topics, an insert in the
braille edition of Braille Book Review. Because of the extra length, Braille
Book Review now requires a longer production period. 

 

As a result, the September-October 2012 braille edition of Braille Book
Review will be released on October 7. The large-print and electronic
editions will still be available on October 1, the usual publication date.
Subsequent issues will follow the same pattern of release dates until the
backlog has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
