Have you downloaded MP3 books onto your computer, then found your Media Player wouldn't let you go forward or backward or you couldn't jump by chapters?  

I just ran into that, so I then knew what to do:  put the MP3 book onto my Victor Stream.  

But suppose you don't have a Victor Stream?  You may have known this, but I just found this out -- you can put the MP3 book on a flash drive, then plug that into your NLS digital player.  Workes great!
