[il-talk] A Friend Dies

Many of you may know Dick Bledsoe from the Illinois Council Of The Blind.  He was a longtime leader in that organization as well as a long-time member of the Illinois State Library Committee.  Dick died at home Friday, March 9.  His service is tomorrow, Wednesday at a funeral home in Bartonville.  I attended his visitation tonight.  Just thought some Federationists would remember him.
