CTRL+TAB may announce the page that the browser has landed on. In a dialog box (e.g. a preferences dialog), it will speak the title of the focussed section. Just to clarify, CTRL+TAB is used for switching between tabs, not windows, which is why you don't get the "New Browser Window" caption.
