Streaming uses technology that may not offer full keyboard control.
The agreement between the Illinois Attorney General’s office and AMC
calls for all auditoriums in all AMC theaters in Illinois to be
equipped with technology to display closed captions and deliver audio
description by 2014. The agreement is the first in the United States
to require such broad coverage without litigation and the largest
instillation of this technology in America. It was an awesome event
and the exhilaration of all is clearly evident in the recording.

Thanks is extended to Nicki Bazer, Disability rights Bureau Chief and
Lisa Madigan for enabling podium access to the microphone so the
disability community could have a permanent front row seat at this
historic event.

Kelly
