[il-talk] Aggravated!

I, on the other hand, get books all the time and have had an excellent
experience with Utah. We set a limit of four Braille books that I would
have, and I can guarantee you that when one goes back, another shows up in a
few days, much to our mail carrier's chagrin, I'm sure! I leave long lists
of numbers for them from Braille Book Review during off hours so don't have
to trouble their staff. I was skeptical when service left us here in
Chicago, but it's worked out well for me at least.

very good. Illinois contracts with the Utah Library for the blind for
its Braille service. If you are displeased with the performance of
this contractor, consider contacting the program director for the Ill.
Library for the blind, sharon ruda. It has been my experience that
Utah seems not to want to do the work called for in its contract, such
as actually sending books to people. I have had book requests ignored
and service denied.
