I heard an article about it on npr this morning. I think it is in the planning stage.  it is being built in Rosemont.  i do not know where.  i, for one, will not shop at it,,  when it opens.  i shop at thrift stores myself.  outside of some 30 second blurb on npr, I know nothing about the place.
