Hello Fellow Federationists,

 

Yes, I know, after reading the subject line of this email, you are probably
thinking "not again?"  Before you groan too loudly, please understand that
fundraising can be funraising.  And so it is, that I am asking for only
three things that will make fundraising fun for you.

 

1.        Take a little time to clean out your closet or bake your favorite
bread or brownies, for our Christmas auction next weekend.  You just may,
through your efforts, create a wonderful shopping experience for all of us.

2.       Bring your cash, bring your checks, and join in the fun.  The fun
created through your aggressive bidding and perhaps buying, will make more
funds for all of us.  Remember, you may in the future, benefit from some of
these funds, provided that we can continue to offer assistance for such
things as Washington Seminar, or the state convention.

3.       Finally, plan for Games Night next month.  For only $25 you can eat
pizza and salad, drink unlimited soda, play your favorite games with your
favorite people and cure that sadness brought on by Seasonal Affective
Disorder.  A true bargain indeed.  So come one and all.  Bring out your
boots and sieze the once-in-a-lifetime experience of using your Ventra card.
Remember, it's as simple as swipe and go!  Right?  Well, maybe.

Do this, and the good folks at Exchequer Pub will insure an environment of
hospitality and fun that cannot be surpassed.  So, come on down everyone.
All of this incredible fun can be yours, if the price is right!
