[il-talk] Need to call on HR 164

As I am sure you all know, we have HR 164 our Space Available Bill in the House.  This bill extends the benefit of riding on a space available basis on military aircraft to 100% disabled veterans.  The benefit is already afforded to active duty military and retired military.  Please contact your congressman and urge them to cosponsor HR 164 by contacting congressman Arakis' office.
