[il-talk] Need to call on HR 164

As I am sure you all know, we have HR 164 our Space Available Bill in the House.  This bill extends the benefit of riding on a space available basis on military aircraft to 100% disabled veterans.  The benefit is already afforded to active duty military and retired military.  Please contact your congressman and urge them to cosponsor HR 164 by contacting congressman Arakis' office.  Below is a list of current cosponsors.  None are from Illinois.
