I am so sorry to hear this news.  I wondered why Connie hadn't been on
iltalk for a while and actually left a voice-mail on her cell phone today.
Of course, I hadn't known what happened yet.  Connie will be deeply missed.
I always admired her positive attitude throughout her illness.  She was a
very dedicated federationist from what I could tell.  She is someone I would
have liked to get to know a little better.  We love you Connie and your
memory will always live on in our hearts.

I am very sad to report that we lost my dear friend Connie Davis last night.
She passed away peacefully with her sister-in-law with her at Northwestern
Hospital.  She made such a difference in my life and I will miss her
terribly.  She will always be with us because her memory will live in our
hearts.  I am glad that I had the opportunity to see her while I was in
Chicago over New Years and she was glad to see me as well.  Rest in peace,
beloved friend.  Loving you nad having you as my friend was the best and one
of the easiest things I have ever done in my life.  You will be loved and
remembered always.
