hi folks, take your hands off your wallet, it's not that kind of problem. 

i've had my VR for over 2.5 years. and here is my problem. after reading 2 books this week when i tried to delete them 

i heard the usual recording but at the end it said 'site protected'. i could not deleter eight book and i tried several methods. none worked. so what's going on???? ddo i have to reformat the sd card? if so how?
