Diana,

Did you try to email your resume?  Unless you know of a better job that
looks like you have a better chance of getting, I would not forget about
this one.  If you have any voluntary experience in customer service or
telemarketing, I would certainly emphasize that in a resume.  Of course, if
you have better opportunities elsewhere, go for what looks best.

I could not put my resume up and they really want people who have attended
college from what the application says and work history too what about those
of us who do not have a lot of?  I am switching job placement services to
some one else.
