[il-talk] The Chicago Lighthouse - Tollway Project Update

I would definitely have to say the Lighthouse needs to not have jegs and extra stuff in their emails.  Not very screen reader friendly emails.  Listservs cannot handle that sort of thing.  Pretty much text only here.
