[il-talk] raw hard drive

Good evening all.

Today I purchased a 1 TB hard drive.  This hard drive is "raw." This 
means I bought it at 60 bucks at Micro Center and somehow I need to 
bring it to life.  I have Windows 7.  Everything is usb 3.0.  How do I 
bring a raw hard drive to life on Windows 7.  I am getting ready to go 
out for an hour.  I will be back say around 9 30 pm or so.  If someone 
who has true computer knowledge wants to call me, they may do so at the 
number listed below.  I grately appreciate any assistance I can get.
