Hello to all. Tomorrow is my 50th birthday. Unfortunately I won't be at 
national convention this year. I had blood work done and I have low vitamin 
d and my cholesterol is a tiny bit high. I have watch my fats and take my 
vitamins. Safe trip to those going to convention. I hope to see many of you
