Dear Congressman Quigley,
 
Thank you for sponsoring the fair wages for people and the space available for disabled veterans.  These two pieces of legislation will improve blind and other disabled Americans.  The fair wages legislation will close a 75 year loophole in the original employment act at the time.  No longer will sheltered workshops and other industries be permitted to have cheap labor or ust plain sub minimum waages.
