[il-talk] Illinois Tollway Call Center Update

Greetings Everyone,

As we transition to full responsibility for call center operations, we want to provide updates regarding our progress with the Illinois Tollway Call Center project.
Our Information Technology and Adaptive Technology departments, along with the Illinois Tollway staff continue to work diligently to identify adaptive software and hardware solutions.

On March 4, 2013, The Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulation Call Center went live.  We are happy to inform you that 25% of the staff hired are totally blind.  We want to commend the hard work and dedication of the Chicago Lighthouse Information Technology and Adaptive Technology staff for identifying solutions which allowed total accessibility.
