Just loved the article in the Nov Braille Monitor about the Speakers who talked about the Sports they are involved in, from the National Convention!    It’s very true that  Blind  people, as well as anyone, should stay active!  Also,  the speaker was saying how lots of times in the past, the blind were also told to sit and wat, depending on where they were at.  We don’t have to sit, and we don’t to wait!      It was also cool, how they said, during the article, that when you hear the words Blind or move, you were supposed to stand up and turn around or stretch!    We can be active and do Sports with modifications!    I also liked the Yoga portion too!    Sincerely, Linda
