[il-talk] Poached eggs

Here's a random question:

 

Can anyone offer suggestions as to how to cook poached eggs (blind, that
is)?  I need to cook them so that the yolks will not be runny at all.
Please note that I will not use a microwave, nor will I use any contraption
that promises to deliver fabulous poached and scrambled eggs out of a mold
in 45 seconds - I am not ok with preparing food pressed against heated
plastic.  I'm wondering if there's a way to do this nonvisually  in a good
old pan on the stove.
