For those seeking assistance from our state affiliate to attend Washington Seminar, Chappell forms are due by 12/1/13 which is the same date that Washington Seminar applications are due.  Remember that we pay hotel rooms which are shared regardless.  You need only apply if you are asking for additional assistance from the state affiliate.  Keep in mind that some of our chapters are also able to assist members to attend Washington Seminar.
