I took the survey, but it said I am not who they are looking for, but to recommend this to anyone who is a qualified person they are looking for. but I don't know why I would not be who they are seeking.

Subject: Opportunity to Participate in Software Applications
 Study

The information below may be of interest to you.

A research team with GfK User Centric is conducting a number
 of usability
studies with individuals who are blind or have low vision
 and are interested
in helping them identify ways in which they can improve
 accessibility for
 several commonly used software applications.

The group is looking for individuals in the Chicago area to
 potentially
participate in their research to improve the usability of
 programs people
 use every day.

Interested participants will need to come to a research
 facility in either
downtown Chicago or the Chicago suburb of Oakbrook Terrace
 for a one-on-one
interview lasting approximately two hours.  These
 interviews will be
 conducted throughout September.

Participants will be compensated $150 for their time and
 will have the
opportunity to influence changes in the way these programs
 support
accessibility and universal design for people with
 disabilities.

Interested respondents are invited to provide some
 preliminary information
to the research team by filling out an online survey. Those
 who qualify will
be contacted directly with more details and to schedule
 interviews.

The link below goes to the online survey, hosted by Survey
 Monkey. The
survey should take about 10 minutes. All responses to the
 survey will be
kept confidential by GfK, and only the immediate UX research
 team will have
 access to them.
