I have mixed feelings about this topic.  On the one hand I believe this is a legitamate condition, therefore, if there is a treatment for this condition, I am all for it.  However, the commercials about this condition that have been broadcast, portrays the image that all blind people have it, which we all know that this is not the case since every individual has different circumstances.

Dear Dave,
I studied this new condition that is being addressed by a company selling
drugs. My personal opinion is this is a fraud.
I base my statement on the fact that the company selling this fallacy drugs,
state that 70 percent of blind people have this condition.
I would submit that  blind persons are unemployed at about that rate.  Could
it be that unemployed persons who don't have to get up early to go to work
may not have a regular sleeping schedule.
Would this condition be better address by having people employed so they may
have a more structure schedule?
Food for thought for the list.
Personally I feel offended by the radio commercials about this, what do
others think?

I really can't comment on how effective the drug in ques5tion is or is not.
In fact, I can't even comment about whether or not I have the condition, as
my condition is complecated by my having sleep apnia.
However, back in the 1980's, I tested negative for sleep apnia and had a lot
of trouble very much like that which has been described as symptoms of
non-24.  I this drug but because of my sleep apnia, I did not qualify as a
participant.  I truly feel this disorder is legitimate.  As for the drug in
question, I wish I would have had an opportunity to experience it.  It might
have been helpful.wanted to take advantage of the study for
