[il-talk] Windows 8.1

Hi All,

Does anyone have any strong opinions about Windows 8.1?  I ask because my old computer has started to show its age and the newer ones are significantly better.  Further, I would have to upgrade JAWS to 15, which would require a license upgrade as well.

The alternative would be getting a newer Mac or MacBook.  In any case, I would get a computer with USB 3.0 ports, if that makes any difference.
