[il-talk] opening links

Are you talking about  the message that has the first link as "message from 
the president" and the next one is "what's new"?  If so, using JAWS, instead 
of hitting the enter key like you would think when it says "link," hit the 
letter h (which is for "header" in JAWS) and you will get to where you want 
to go.  To be honest, I don't know why it works this way, it just does.

  I just tried opening the NFB Newsletter fronm President Riccabano by 
hitting enter on the first link and nothing happened.  Please give me exact 
directions to accomplish this.
