The LIFE Group, a Braille reading group within the NFBI, is looking for a new Braille book to read. Got any ideas? A good selection would have maybe 3 volumes; sex and profanity don’t go over well, but violence never seems to be a problem. Hmm. That might be considered sort of a social comment.

Anyway, if you know of a good Braille read , let me know by replying to this post.

ABOUT THE LIFE GROUP
The LIFE (Literacy Is For Everyone) Group meets once a week by teleconference for an hour. We take turns reading out loud to each other from a common Braille book. We then have “homework” where we are expected to read a certain number of pages by ourselves during the week until the next meeting. The objective of the group is to improve the Braille skills of those participating, and is particularly beneficial to those relatively new to Braille, or to those who just want to improve their proficiency. The group is always open to anyone who wants to join.
