[il-talk] bad news, I'm afraid

Hello federation family.  I just wanted to let you all know my dad's in the
hospital.  They think he may have had a stroke last night.  He's not talking
right at all.  Lots of sounds coming out but very little words.  He's not
making much sense either.  My mom was with him all night and she was finally
able to go home and get some sleep.  He needs someone with him 24/7 so he
doesn't fall, as his balance is pretty bad due to his dementia.  Mom will be
back to stay with him at 3 this afternoon.  Not sure about the night yet but
if there's no nurses available, one of us will go over there.  I'm not sure
how long he will need to stay at the hospital or anything.  I'll keep you
guys posted.  Please keep us in your prayers.
