Hey Illinois,

I just wanted to let you know that Congresswoman Robin Kelly has signed on
to HR 831.  Additionally, Danny Davis has signed on to HR 164.  Job well
done.  Keep up the good work!  If your member of Congress is not on HR 831,
HR 3505, or HR 164 remind them that these are important bills!
 Additionally, our Senators are still not on S 346 and S 556.  You know the
drill. :)
