I participated in this today. It takes only about 15 minutes. I encourage some of you to do so as well.

Hello All,

This request is for interested individuals to participate in a telephone interview with Reingold Inc. on marketing and outreach strategies for the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped to identify more borrowers nationwide.

The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS), Library of Congress, is conducting market research to inform a strategic public outreach and education campaign so that all may read. The campaign will help more people take advantage of the library’s resources and services.

Share Your Thoughts!

You are invited to participate in a discussion on how you think people

who are blind and physically disabled can best learn about the Braille

and Talking Book Program.

Feedback is being sought from people who are blind, have low vision,

or have physical disabilities that prevent them from reading or holding

traditional books, especially veterans, students, and seniors.

Input is also being sought from caregivers of people in these groups.

You do not need to currently use NLS services to participate.

NLS is working with Reingold, a strategic communications firm, to conduct 15-minute phone interviews with stakeholders like you to gain insights and opinions about NLS from a leadership perspective. These phone calls will be completely confidential. If you are interested in being interviewed, please respond to Emmie McMackin directly so she can schedule a convenient time to talk.
