No.  They are available on Il-talk, IaBS-talk and NewsLine.

It would just be too labor intensive to send out 75 emails or so when anyone
interested may join our listserves.  Finally, who should actually get them?
Everyone in the chapter who has email?  That would, in effect, discriminate
against those who do not use computers.  Finally, the question then becomes,
should emails be sent only to those who actually attended the meeting?  It
seems to me that the current protocols we are following are the most
sensible ones.
