If you do not have an RTA Reduced Fare, Free Ride or ADA Paratransit
permit,
please pass onto others whom you believe would be interested.


Customers receiving new RTA Reduced Fare, Ride Free and ADA Paratransit
Ventra permits should activate them immediately by calling 1-877-450-5328
(Voice or Relay). You will need to provide the card number and expiration
date located on the back of your permit, as well as your date of birth. If
for any reason you are unable to read the card number and/or expiration
date
on the back of your card, please press 0 after calling in to activate
your
card, and you'll be taken to customer service.  Provide your name,
address
and date of birth and they will help you activate your card.  After your
permit is activated, you will be able to use it on CTA, Metra and Pace.
IMPORTANT:  you MUST call in to the 877-450-5328 number to activate your
card before you can manage your transit balance on www.ventrachicago.com.

If you are enrolled in the RTA's Reduced Fare, Ride Free or ADA
Paratransit
program and have not received a Ventra permit, please contact the RTA at
312-913-3110. For Ventra transition updates, visit www.rtachicago.org.
