[il-talk] new user update

There are 2 ways to do this.  You can go to settings, general accessibility, voiceover, and simply change the speed there.  There is a slider.  The other way is to use the roter until you get to "speech rate" and then flick one finger up or down to get what you want.  Hope this helps.
