[il-talk] picnic on Saturday

Hello Everyone,

 

I just learned yesterday that the Landmark Café is currently being redone
and is not available to use.  We will, however, be able to picnic at Lincoln
Park Zoo.  If you are taking public transportation, you will still get off
at Webster.  We will meet behind the Parkside Grill which from what I
understand is South of the Lion House.  The start time for the picnic will
continue to be 12:00 noon on Saturday.  There should be plenty of zoo
personnel to assist in finding the Lion House, or the Café area south of the
Lion House.  I will try to be there early to reserve some tables for us.

 

I do not know what food is available from the Parkside Café, but I would
assume that one can get at least as much as they could get at the Landmark
last year.  So come, one and all, and have a good time.s
