Linda,

If your battery is no longer holding a charge, you need to have the player replaced.  The library will send you a new player before you turn your old one in.  Call 800-426-0709.

I had to do this about a year ago and had no problems.

Good morning Federation Family!    Does anyone know if you have to change the battery on your Digital player, if it’s not holding a charge anymore? I havre to plug it in every time I use it!  Even after I plug it in to charge.  It won’t work after unplugging it!   Or do you send it back to exchange it for another one?  I can’t find the number to call them.    Thanks!
