I have had this problem before. I just tried it and I am having the same 
problem. When this has happened before, it usually clears up on its own. 
However, usually, the busy signal only lasts a few hours. Keep trying and if 
I hear anything, I'll let you know.

Hello Federationists!    Just wondering if anyone has had trouble getting 
through to the Information line?  (408-752-8052.  I’ve tried Last night and 
this morning, and got a busy signal all the times.  It was always easy to 
get through before.      Does anyone know if they changed the number again?
