*Braille Book Fair 2015 Calling all Braille readers, teachers, and parents!
*
It’s that time again: Time to sort through all those boxes of Braille books
and donate those gently used but no longer needed Braille books to the 2015
Braille Book Fair sponsored by the National Organization of Parents of
Blind Children.

Our primary goal is to get more Braille books into the hands of children,
youth, and beginning adult readers, so here’s what we need most:

· PRINT/BRAILLE STORY BOOKS (AKA TWIN VISION) … We are looking into
have
*750 print braille books to celebrate the 75th anniversary of NFB *·
books in good condition
· leisure reading (fiction or nonfiction) books
· cookbooks and POETRY

Children are so hungry for their very own books that every year, despite
generous donations of books, most of our books for young children are gone
in *less than an hour*. So, begin your search through the boxes in your
basement and spare room and get those books shipped to:

UPS
ELAINNA MOORE - HR DEPT
8901 ATLANTIC AVE
ORLANDO, FL 32824

*Please note that you are shipping the books to a UPS address (where they
will be stored until convention), but all books can be shipped FREE MATTER
FOR THE BLIND. *As an additional step of assistance to us on the day of the
book fair, we would greatly appreciate if you would label the side of the
box with what it contains. You can list book titles, or simply label the
category that the books fit under. Our categories are:

· PRINT/BRAILLE (TWIN VISION)
· PREK-KINDERGARTEN
· GRADES 1-2
· GRADES 3-4
· GRADES 5-6
· YOUNG ADULT FICTION
· ADULT FICTION
· ADULT NONFICTION
· SPORTS
· POETRY
· RELIGIOUS/FAITH
