Pre-registration for State convention is $5 if you pre-register on or before October 16, 2015.
To register online go to www.nfbofillinois.org <http://www.nfbofillinois.org/>.
Registration after October 16, 2015 is $15.
Meal Preference deadline is October 16, 2015
Meal preference must be sent to Patti Chang at pattischang at gmail.com <mailto:pattischang at gmail.com> or call 773-307-6440.
Meal Preference Options are: regular, veggie and kosher.
Meals: Saturday Breakfast $10, Lunch $15, Banquet $30, and Sunday breakfast $10.
Hotel Reservations are due by October 9, 2015.
The NFBI rate is $93 per night.
Dates for convention, October 30, 31, and November 1, 2015.
