Hello Federation family. Tonight I did something that I have never attempted
before. I put a bunch of Christmas lights around my kitchen doorway. They
start on the bottom left, they go up and across my doorway, and then they go
down. I had some extras left over in the strand so what I did was I put them
across my wall and they go from there all the way to my couch. I used
packing tape to secure them and to tape them up. They are icicle lights so
some of them hang down. I took a video of it and showed it to a very good
friend who is always not shy to give her honest opinion. She said that it
looks really really good. And then it look pretty. Oh yeah, let me explain
the video part how I did that. A couple years ago at national convention,
one of the sessions was on how to take videos with your iPhone. It talked
about how to line the camera up with the persons voice or in the general
direction of the sound of what you're taking a photo or video of. It was
really really cool. The same friend of mine also said she was impressed with
the videos too. Since I'm having Christmas day this year, I decided to go
all out. In Michael is one heck of a little decorator. He loves it! In fact,
he used our end table to make his own little Christmas town using toys he
has that are like the characters on polar express.
